Japanese Get Creative Without AC

Hot and sticky summers are normal for Tokyo. But the tsunami has meant the city is suffering an electricity shortage, and that means a lot less air conditioning. So companies are getting creative: shuffling the work week, getting wild with its dress code, and covering buildings in vines. Reporter Liz Ruskin has the story.
