When the tsunami struck northeast Japan on March 11, one of the worst hit places was Ishinomaki. It's a fishing port and had boasted one of the largest fish markets in the world. That economy ground to a halt. The port was devastated, more than 3,000 people died and almost 3,000 are still missing, presumed dead. The World's Marco Werman went to Ishinomaki to see for himself.
