It is monsoon season in India and it is getting more than its usual amount of rain. That is good news for farmers who depend on the monsoon rains, but it has also meant severe flooding in the north.
Every year reporter Deepak Singh, who lives in Virginia, travels back home to Lucknow, India. Usually he beats the monsoon rains. This year, they arrived before he did.
