The French �Joy of Cooking� is coming to America. It’s called �I know How to Cook� and is an adaptation of the 1932 bible of French cooking. Chef and blogger Clotilde Dusoulier lead the effort to make the book accessible to English speaking home cooks. Anchor Marco Werman talks with her.
