The Haitian roots rock band Boukman Eksperyans has been around for 30 years. That means they’ve lived through dictatorships, uprisings, and coups. They’ve spoken out against the government, and been forced into hiding. And now they’re dealing with the aftermath of the magnitude 7.0 earthquake that hit Haiti on January 12. Reporter Amy Bracken caught up with the band’s leaders at home on the edge of Port-au-Prince.
