Manta Rays in New York
Tomorrow, at Carnegie Hall, a select group of college and high school musical groups will perform, as part of the New York International Music Festival. One of the bands, the Manta Rays, is the only high school band on the US Pacific territory of Saipan. The World’s Mary Kay Magistad caught up with the Manta Rays in rehearsal at Saipan Southern High School.
