Remembering the Musi-Café Destroyed by Lac-Mégantic Derailment

The World

Locals say the Musi-Café was the heart and soul of downtown Lac-Mégantic.

The bar was full last Saturday when a train carrying oil tanker cars derailed nearby, destroying the cafe and killing many inside.

Sophie L’Hereux and Karine Blanchette both worked at the bar. They share their memories with Anchor Marco Werman.
