Lady Gaga is a fashion icon of a different kind.
From plastic bubbles to a raw meat outfit, she seems to be willing to wear anything, as long as it is eye-popping.
She prefers insanely high-platform shoes, which she even performs with, occasionally.
Those shoes were created by 26-year-old Japanese designer Noritaka Tatehana.
The young Japanese designer pitched his Geisha-wear inspired designs in an email to Gaga’s stylist.
Anchor Marco Werman talks to Yuri Kageyama, business reporter for the Associated Press in Tokyo, about
Tatehana’s sculptural boots.
