Meanwhile, cables from the latest WikiLeaks release describe a disturbing chumminess between North Korea and Iran.

Military strategist retired Colonel Sam Gardiner joins us to talk about the latest developments on the Korean peninsula. Also joining the show from Seoul, South Korea is Chris Hogg, BBC correspondent.
