Putin’s Party Suffers Election Setback

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s grip on Russia seems a little less firm with an unexpected setback at the polls. In elections this weekend, Putin’s United Russia party lost its two-thirds majority in the Duma. Now there are reports of voting irregularities.
