Some activists in Egypt say a US program to promote democracy in the Middle East may have helped the recent political revolution in Cairo. Anchor Lisa Mullins discusses the program, called the Middle East Partnership Initiative, with Stephen McInerney. He's executive director of The Project on Middle East Democracy in Washington.
