Getting westerners to try durian
Many in Southeast Asia are fond of �durian,� even though the fruit has a smell like a diaper pail. Lots of Westerners can’t get past the aroma. Reporter Nancy Greenleese says some restaurants in Malaysia and Brunei are trying to get foreigners to give durian a try
