Drought-ridden Texas battles wild fires

Texas has been suffering its worst drought since the 1950s with record temperatures and zero rainfall in some parts of the state, hitting crops and drying out essential grazing land. The extraordinarily dry conditions along with strong winds from Tropical Storm Lee have also led to a spate of destructive wildfires that has left two people dead, destroyed hundreds of homes and forced thousands to be evacuated. It is a devastating picture that has forced presidential hopeful Texas Governor Rick Perry to return from campaigning to deal with the emergency. Tom Boggus, director of the Texas Forest Service, talks about the latest situation on the ground.  Pete Bonds, a cattle rancher who last joined the program in July, updates us on what has happened to his herd.
