Hillary Clinton is the winner of the Puerto Rico primary. But even in defeat, Barack Obama is on track to gain at least 14 delegates, bringing him within 50 of what he needs for the nomination. Clinton is traveling on to South Dakota, which holds a primary on Tuesday. The Takeaway’s Andrea Bernstein reports on the campaign this week and the chances that Clinton will concede.
