What Afghans think of the plan to start withdrawing the “surge” troops?

President Barack Obama will use a prime-time TV address to unveil plans for an initial withdrawal of thousands of American troops from Afghanistan. Speaking on Wednesday evening, he is expected to say that 30,000 “surge” troops will begin leaving in July — with most gone by 2013, according to media reports. The US currently has about 100,000 troops in Afghanistan. Lisa Mullins talks with Kabul resident Abaceen Nasimi about Afghan opinions on a troop drawdown.
