What Afghans think of the plan to start withdrawing the “surge” troops?

President Barack Obama will use a prime-time TV address to unveil plans for an initial withdrawal of thousands of American troops from Afghanistan. Speaking on Wednesday evening, he is expected to say that 30,000 “surge” troops will begin leaving in July — with most gone by 2013, according to media reports. The US currently has about 100,000 troops in Afghanistan. Lisa Mullins talks with Kabul resident Abaceen Nasimi about Afghan opinions on a troop drawdown.
