The Obama Administration is moving closer to accepting claims that the Syrian government has used chemical weapons as part of its arsenal in the two-year civil war that has gripped that country.

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said US intelligence agencies believe the government of Bashar al-Assad has likely used sarin gas on a small scale but added that President Obama needs more “credible and corroborated facts” before acting on the assessment.

Anchor Marco Werman speaks with former UN weapons inspector Charles Duelfer about what would constitute proof of chemical weapons’ use in Syria and the options for the Obama Administration.
