Hugo Chavez is dead.
But you could say the former president won again in Venezuela.
His handpicked successor Nicolas Maduro eked out a victory in yesterday’s presidential vote.
But it was much closer than expected, 50.7 to 49.1 percent.

Reporter Phil Gunson in Caracas said the narrow margin was surprising, considering Maduro’s huge advantage.
