Cuba Says Weapons Hidden in Sugar Shipment Were Just Bound for North Korea for Repair

The Cuban government admits that it hid weapons in a shipment of sugar bound for North Korea.

But the Cubans say the weapons were obsolete and were on their way to North Korea for repair.

The ship with sugar and weapons on board was detained by authorities in Panama.
