‘Angry Brides’ Game Targets India’s Dowry Problem

There is a new twist on the popular “Angry Birds” game.

The game called “Angry Brides” is designed to raise awareness about the problem of dowry in India.

Dowry was outlawed in India decades ago, but some grooms’ families still demand the payments illicitly.

So, for the Geo Quiz we are looking for the city where the creators of the game, at India’s largest dating website “shaadi.com” are based.

It is the capital of the western Indian state of Maharashtra and with 20 million residents, ranks as one of the most populated cities on the planet.

Mumbai is the answer to the Geo Quiz.
