Maathai discusses those issues and explains what the United States can do to help preserve tropical rainforests. Guest: Wangari Maathai, 2004 Nobel Peace Prize winner, founder of the Green Belt Movement, and subject of two new books, “Planting the Trees of Kenya” and “Wangari’s Trees of Peace.”
