US Supreme Court Hears Arguments on Arizona Immigration Law

The World

The US Supreme Court is considering yet another highly politically charged case — this time over a controversial immigration law.

It requires officials to check the immigration status of those they believe to be in the country illegally.

Five other states have adopted variations of Arizona’s law.

Reporter Devin Browne of the Fronteras Desk in Phoenix explains how they are doing that.
