Deadly weather: Global warming or just a fluke?

This year is the ninth deadliest year on record. And over the long term, temperatures are getting warmer and rainfall is getting less predictable. Professor Katharine Hayhoe, an atmospheric scientist at Texas Tech University, joins The Takeaway to help make sense of the situation.
