Peaceful Polling in Zimbabwe Presidential Elections

Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe faces a serious challenge to his 33-year grip on power in elections held today.

Mugabe has been in a power-sharing deal with opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai since Zimbabwe’s last disputed and violent election in 2008.

He’s promised that if he loses he will hand power over to Tsvangirai.
