Police reconstruction of the dead man’s face (Photo: BBC video)
Last September, a West London suburb experienced a macabre mystery: a man’s mangled body was found by the side of the road, apparently having fallen from the sky.
He was one of a number who have died trying to stow away in an airplane’s landing gear, in this case on a flight from Angola to Heathrow.
The BBC’s Rob Walker followed police as they worked through reconstructing the identity of the African man, and how he ended up in such a desperate circumstance.
