Preliminary results in Mexico say Enrique Pena Nieto won Sunday’s presidential election, signaling a return to power of the PRI, the party that ruled the country for seven decades until 2000.
Pena Nieto has thanked voters for giving his PRI party another chance and has vowed no return to the past.
