Will Manhattan Go Electric?

Freeman believes New York City is a prime candidate for electric vehicles, which are quieter, will make the city cooler, and won’t waste energy in traffic jams. Best of all, Freeman says every New York cabbie he’s talked to is all in favor of saving a little gas money.
