John Gregory reports from Logan County, West Virginia where the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has approved a request for Arch Coal to mine over three-thousand acres of land in the mountain top mining extraction technique. Federal agencies must also give their approval before the excavation in this controversial mining method can proceed.
