A Rendez Vous can mean a prearranged meeting, one that’s off the radar… if you know what I mean.

Its also the name of a boulangerie which is a French bakery. So were looking for a bakery named Le Rendez Vous and it’s located in a state we want you to name.

Locals turn up everyday to buy their baguettes, almond croissants, and apple tarts all prepared in the French style.

There’s a Left Bank feel to the place.

But here’s the twist: it’s nowhere near Paris or the Seine. It’s pretty close to the Connecticut River and its neighbors include some Canadian paper mills. This French boulangerie is within sight of the White Mountains.
