Steve talks with Louisiana activist Pat Bryant about the environmental justice movement’s emergence and the Federal government’s recent response to the movement’s concerns. An EPA report recently expressed concerns over issues of “environmental equity,” but Bryant says that implies a need to merely redistribute the country’s pollution, a position which Bryant says misses the point.
