It’s official: Studio 360 has a cold. (Sure, there are a couple hold-outs, but they won’t last long…)
Even before I was sniffling, I was totally jazzed by an odd and intriguing ad campaign for HALLS cough drops. It features a series of everymen (and –women), proudly bearing their red noses and eyes, bravely trudging through the season. The images are simple, bold, and electric with color and conviction.
The slogans are especially intriguing — like orders the Queen would give her troops guarding the home front, a la Keep Calm and Carry On. As a friend suggested, ‘it keys into a general sense of wartime stoicism that’s appropriate again given the economic climate.. and her haircut is kind of 1940s too, isn’t it?’
Hmm, now that you mention it…
