If you like numbers — and who doesn't? — then check out these amazing infographics (via Barry Ritholtz) that have been making the rounds on the web the past couple of days.

They purport to show what happens on the internet every sixty seconds, and the numbers are pretty amazing.

Did you know, for example, that Google receives 694,445 search requests every minute? (It also adds $75,000 to its annual revenue).

Or that Facebook logs 695,000 status updates?

Twitter, by the way, sends out 98,000 Tweets every minute.

Oh, and Apple sells 81 iPads and 925 iPhone 4Ss.
