UK gets coldest Easter on record

I'm dreaming of a white Easter. Today has been the coldest Easter day on record in the United Kingdom. The last time it was nearly as cold during Easter time was 1986, the Met office told BBC News.
The official reading was taken in the early hours of Sunday in Braemar, northern Scotland. It showed that it has been the coldest March in the UK in more than 150 years, according to the book Daily Temperature Extremes for Britain.

March in fact will be colder than winter.
This March joined 2006, 2001, 1995, 1987, 1979, 1970 and 1962 as other years when the month had unusually high amounts of snow, the London Evening Standard reported. But it looks like it's not so unusual anymore, with the month continuing to be on a cold streak each year.
