A drunk man riding a bike is mauled by a black bear in Alaska after wildlife authorities say he threw it some meat.
Now he may face charges for the attack.
The bear was "pretty much goaded" into the mauling near a campground north of Anchorage over the weekend, state Department of Fish and Game spokesman Ken Marsh told the Anchorage Daily News.
The man told authorities he had been drinking and went for a bike ride Saturday, bringing some meat from a church barbecue with him.
He spotted the bear at around 5 PM and threw it some meat.

When the man offered the animal a second piece, "it kind of went ballistic," Alaska State Troopers spokeswoman Beth Ispen said.
The bear punctured the man's skin along his jaw and left him with scratches on his back.
Park rangers found him washing blood off himself off at the campground. He was very disoriented and has struggled to tell troopers exactly what happened, according to the Daily News.
The man may be charged with illegally feeding wildlife.
