Iran strikes nuclear deal with Brazil and Turkey

Iran has agreed to a new confidence-building deal over its nuclear program. The country signed an agreement with Turkey and Brazil, in which a large part of Iran’s enriched uranium will be shipped to Turkey in return for fuel for a Tehran research reactor.

This deal will delay Iran’s ability to make a bomb. However, Western governments will fear that this is just a negotiating ploy designed to delay new sanctions. BBC reporter Jon Leyne explains the significance of the deal.
