Thursday is World Poetry Day according to UNESCO, the United Nations’ education and culture agency.
UNESCO is celebrating the poems of William Butler Yeats, Pablo Neruda and Aime Cesaire and also some lesser-known authors from Azerbaijan and Greece.
Anchor Marco Werman talks to Don Share, a poet, translator and the senior editor of Poetry magazine.
Share says Greek poet Constantine Cavafy was a late bloomer, but still made his mark.
