In an unexpected move, the North Korean government has opened up it mobile network to foreigners. Now for the first time foreign reporters can access the internet from their phones and instantly post photos and tweets to the web.

North Korea is perhaps the most cut-off place in the world.
But in an unexpected move the North Korean government has opened up its mobile network to foreigners.
Now for the first time tweets and Instagram photos from foreign journalists have flooded the web.
Anchor, Marco Werman speaks with Jean Lee, the Korean bureau chief for the Associated Press.
She was among the first journalists to tweet from inside the North Korea.
