Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is embroiled in a scandal involving a cell phone video that allegedly shows him smoking crack cocaine.
The owners of the video have been trying to sell it to members of the media.
Robyn Doolittle is a reporter for the Toronto Star newspaper and she has seen the video.
