Laws like the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act are woefully outdated, according to Alex Prud’homme author of “The Ripple Effect. Clean water is becoming increasingly scarce. The American public wants clean water in theory, but in practice, they don’t want to be told what to do with their waterways.
