President Obama will be in Berlin on Wednesday. The last time he was there, it was 2008 as Senator Obama, the democratic presidential candidate. Then, he was embraced by a crowd of 200,000 enthusiastic Germans.
Constanze Stelzenmueller of the German Marshall Fund of the US says he may not have as warm of a welcome as before.
Stelzenmueller said German's infatuation with Obama ended when he took office and saw him struggling with Congress and not living up to his campaign pledge to close Guantanamo or put an end to all wars immediately.
