In the ongoing offensive in Gaza, Israel shelled the headquarters of the United Nations in Gaza City. While Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak has said it was a “grave mistake,” Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon has expressed “strong protest and outrage” to Israel and is demanding an investigation.
