President Obama will move the nation a step closer to ending the war in Afghanistan tomorrow night, in a scheduled speech in which he will lay out his timeline for troop reduction there. White House officials tell our partner, The New York Times, that Obama will most likely bring the 30,000 troops deployed last year home to the U.S. by the end of 2012.
