Fighting continues in Libya. Opposition forces marching toward Tripoli were stopped by a government counter-attack. In the west, the cities of Zawiya and Misurata remain under seige and are seeing more fighting Monday morning. Fighting in Libya and the upheaval in the Middle East is causing a spike in U.S. gasoline prices and the president is considering tapping the oil reserve.
