At least 40,000 people are still without power, a week after Hurricane Irene hit the east coast of the United States. President Obama visited Paterson, N.J. over the weekend, to assess damages in the city, which was hit with its worst floods in more than a century. President Obama promised to send federal aid to every state affected by Irene.
