There was more upheaval in the formation of President Obama’s cabinet yesterday when New Hampshire Senator Judd Gregg, a Republican, withdrew his nomination to be commerce secretary. The Senator cited “irresolvable conflicts” on the stimulus and the census as reasons for his withdrawal.
