Former US Navy SEAL Michael Howard and Retired US Army Colonel Douglas MacGregor discuss what goes into training one of the most elite fighting force in the world. Michael Howard, a retired Naval Captain, is himself a former US Navy SEAL. He is currently the executive director of the National Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, Florida. Retired US Army Col. Douglas MacGregor has authored four books, including the latest “Warrior’s Rage: The Great Tank Battle of 73 Easting.”
