Londoners Take to the Streets — To Party at Notting Hill Carnival

It’s a London institution. The Notting Hill Carnival is a street party that takes place at the end of the summer in the West London neighborhood. But there have been concerns about whether to go forward with the event this year. Host Lisa Mullins speaks with Carnival co-director Chris Boothman.
