Hundreds of thousands of people have fled the city of Abidjan because of widespread unemployment and an increase in violence there. We talk to J.  Peter Pham, director of the Ansari Africa Center at the Atlantic Council in Washington, about the escalating unrest and whether an all-out war is imminent.
