Exiled president ‘Baby Doc’ returns to Haiti

Former Haitian president, Jean Claude Devalier, returns to his country after nearly twenty five years of exile. The former president known as “Baby Doc” has been accused of human rights violations. Upon his arrival, he told reporters that he had returned to Haiti simply to help after the earthquake.
