A humongous inflate yellow duck was seen floating down the River Thames today, said ABC News.
The 50-foot duck was released by Jackpotjoy.com as part of a new project working to "combat the current happiness recession," according to their Facebook page.
The initiative offers rewards to ordinary Britons who submit creative ideas or come up with crazy ways to help others, according to ABC.
