A roadside bomb killed 21 people this morning, and Kabul recently suffered its first rocket attacks at the hands of the Taliban in decades. Is Hamid Karzai the man for the job? Elizabeth Rubin, contributing writer for The New York Times magazine, just spent three days with the Afghani leader.
